Asian Lollipops. Chicken Drumettes



Asian Chicken Lollipops

 

3 lb Frozen Drummettes

2 cups canola Oil

2cups Panko bread crumbs

2 T sesame seeds

1 T unsalted butter

¼ t Sesame oil

¼ t Cayenne Pepper

2 Eggs

2 T. Mayonnaise

1 T. chili garlic sauce

Prepare

Heat Oil to 325 degrees

Prepare chicken by scrapping the bones from top to bottom

leaving the meat at the bottom of the drumette.

Combine Sesame, Panko, Salt, sesame oil, and cayenne

Whisk together, eggs, mayonnaise, garlic sauce,

Dip chicken in wet then dry and add to oil. Fry till golden brown

Place in oven warmed at 350 degrees for abo8ut 10 minutes and

Finish cooking.
