KEENE, NH- After filing for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection on February 14th in Manchester, Baybutt Construction CEO Fredrick Baybutt has a whole new set of problems on his hands.
Now Hodgkins & Son, Lawrence & Lober Electric of Bellows Falls and Window Masters of Dublin New Hampshire all have filed suit against Baybutt Construction as well as the town of Rockingham Vermont and the architecture firm working with town on the Rockingham Vermont Free Library.
This move comes after all three sub-contractors quit working on renovations at the Library as they had yet to receive any type of payment from Baybutt construction.
The suit also claims that the town of Rockingham failed in making sure Baybutt had secured the proper performance and or payment bonds for the project.
