Wayne Coyne to debut film made of iPhone videos



The Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne is set to debut a movie made up of his iPhone videos at the upcoming South By Southwest festival in Texas.

The singer has created the film, titled A Year in the Life of Wayne's Phone, from 28 hours of personal videos which he shot on his Apple device.

The movie, directed by Coyne, is being billed as "the world's first vertical iPhone movie" ahead of its premiere at the music and movie event in Austin in March

SXSW will also feature the screening of a documentary about the making of Stevie Nicks' album In Your Dreams.

The festival kicks off on March 8.
