NEWMARKET, NH- A mother of two is facing charges of leaving her children outside in the cold for more than hour.
According to Police Nicole Fahey left her two children ages 6 and 10 locked out of their home on January 18th in sub-freezing temperatures.
Police were called when a neighbor noticed the children outside; Police say it took around an hour to locate Fahey.
Once they located the mother and entered her home Police saw drugs in plain view and arrested Fahey on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and 2 counts of possession of Heroin.
Fahey is scheduled to be arraigned in Brentwood Circuit court on March 5th.
