Rindge,NH- As part of an on-going investigation Rindge Police in conjunction with State Police arrested 51 year old Jason A. Czachalski at his home Friday.

Czachalski was charged with a single count of Aggravated felonious sexual assault, as well as two counts of  felonious sexual assault.

Police say the charges are in relation to an isolated incident which has been the subject of an on-going investigation for some time; Police also said Czachalski is in no way a threat to the general public.

Czachalski is currently being held at the Cheshire County House of Corrections on $5000.00 cash bail after appearing before an 8th Circuit court on Friday; and has a probable cause hearing scheduled for January 29th.
