MILFORD, NH- A Milford woman is now in custody after Police discovered she planned to burn down the building located at 139 Union Square, in order to collect the insurance money.

According to Police Colleen Carr was arrested Thursday after Police learned of a plan she had devised a plan to burn down the building which she not only owns but also houses her realty company P.C Carr Realty, along with The Tasty Tabaco Shop as well as two occupied apartments.

Police charged Carr with Conspiracy to commit arson and Witness tampering and is currently awaiting arraignment and in the meantime is being held on $75,000. 00 cash bail.
