KEENE, NH- Residents who utilize paid parking in Keene are in for a treat, as the City will offer free parking, just in time for Christmas.
While the free parking period will be short lived, it does come with a stipulation, stating that while residents may park for free the posted time zone on the meter will still be in effect.
Meaning those who choose to utilize a meter with a posted 2 hour time window won’t have to worry about feeding money into the meter as long as they don’t go beyond the posted time frame.
The free parking period starts from December 18th and last until December 26th.
