Lady Gaga to revamp tour for American shows

Lady Gaga is planning to completely revamp her current world tour before she takes the shows to America in the New Year.

The pop superstar is currently playing a series of gigs in South America and she is due to take her Born This Way Ball concerts to South Africa, Norway and Russia before Christmas.

She will take a short break over the holidays and return in January for shows in Canada before taking the tour to America, and the Poker Face star has now revealed American fans will be treated to a brand new version of her long-running show with the help of fashion house Versace.

In a series of posts on Twitter, she writes, "The Born This Way Ball is getting a face-lift for America. I heard rumours Versace is custom designing all the clothes and new looks."

Gaga also reveals her support acts - singer/songwriter Breedlove and performance DJ Lady Starlight - will be throwing a pre-show party for fans outside the venues on the American leg of the tour.

She adds, "BTW Ball in America will have a tailgate gypsy party being thrown by Breedlove and Lady Starlight every day pre-show in parking lot."
Gaga will kick off the American leg of the tour on 14 January (12) in Tacoma, Washington and conclude in Miami, Florida on 16 March
