Car Found In Portsmouth Not Connected To Missing Colorado Girl.

PORTSMOUTH, NH- Police say an abandoned car with Colorado license plates is not related to the case of a missing Colorado girl.
Officials started investigating the matter after receiving a report that the vehicle matched the description of a car mentioned in a possible sighting of 10 year old Jessica Ridgeway in Dexter Maine on Sunday, but Police now say they’ve identified and located the owner of the car and that it’s in no way related to  Ridgeway’s disappearance.
10 year old Jessica Ridgeway has been missing since Friday October 5th police in Westminster Colorado believe she was abductedwhile on her way to school.
Portsmouth Police say the car belongs to a woman who just moved to the area from Colorado with her 2 children and admitted to being in Dexter on Sunday with her 10 year old daughter and 12 year old son.
According to police, the owner left her blue Buick station wagon in the parking lot because she doesn’t have a place to park it at her current residence.
