Carrie Underwood made a 12-year-old fan's day on Saturday after she noticed him holding up a sign during a Louisville, Kentucky stop on her tour.
The boy, Chase, was holding up a sign that read "Will you be my first kiss?" when Underwood noticed it and invited the boy on stage and gave him a kiss.
