KEENE, NH- Wheelock School Physical education teacher Michele Tiani has been named the 2012 Elementary School Teacher of the Year by the New Hampshire Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.

Tiani was recognized for her significant contributions in forwarding the Association’s cause of healthy living through physical education, recreation and dance by showcasing these standards to students and the public.

Tiani will be honored at the association’s banquet on November 15^th at Waterville Valley Convention Center in Waterville Valley New Hampshire.
