KEENE, NH- The Marlborough School Board has elected a new Principal.
On Wednesday August 15th 2012, the Marlborough School Board elected Richard N. Nannicelli as the new principal for the Marlborough School.
Nannicelli is the former principal of Hilsborough-Deering Middle School; prior to that serving as principal at the Great Brook Middle School in Antrim. Nanniceli started out his career in education working for the Maine school systems in the late 1980’s.
In 1997 Mr. Nannicelli was named New Hampshire Middle School Principal of the Year and also helped the Great Brook Middle School earn the New Hampshire Middle School of the Year award in 1999.
Nannicelli said in a statement “I am excited and honored to become a member of the Marlborough School Community. I am looking forward to meeting all of the students, their families and the very dedicated faculty who I hear provides some incredible opportunities for kids. It will be a pleasure to continue the excellent work Reuben Duncan has done as the school’s leader. I am eager to get started.”
