MANCHESTER,NH- A Little league coach already facing sexual assault charges is now facing new charges dating back to the 1980s.

According to police, Robert Joubert of Manchester sexually assaulted children between 1984 and 2004. Police say the 58 year old Youth Sports Coach was already being held on assault charges that he forced children to touch him inappropriately for events that took place between 1995 and 2004.
