AMHERST, NH- A Milford man is dead after a crash that occurred on Route 101-A, near the Veterans Road Intersection.
According to Police on Monday night,46 year old John Hayden of Marlborough, crossed the center line while heading west and hit a car driven by 48 year old Robert Tiedemann of Milford. Police say due to the impact of the hit Tiedemann’s car ended up hitting a third car driven by Kimberly Pavlik of Milford.
Police say Tiedemann died due to his injuries, while Hayden was taken to a local hospital and treated for his injuries and later charged and arrested for negligent homicide, Pavlik according to Officials wasn’t injured in the crash.
