Wyonna Judd files suit to foreclose on stepdad's home

Country star Wynonna Judd is stirring up more family drama by declaring a legal war on her stepfather - sister Ashley's dad.

The singer's battles with her family members have been well documented and now she has filed a lawsuit seeking to foreclose on Michael Ciminella's home in Kentucky.

Judd claims she loaned her stepdad $200,000 almost 20 years ago and he still hasn't repaid the debt.

She's sick of waiting for her money and has asked a judge to let her foreclose on Ciminella's house, which he secured in the loan, in order to get her cash back, according to TMZ.

The latest legal spat comes just a month after Wynonna married her boyfriend at her Tennessee home - and didn't invite Ashley or her mom Naomi.
