Speeding Justin Bieber reported by 10 drivers

Justin Bieber was driving so fast as he fled a group of photographers in Los Angeles, a total of 10 terrified motorists called police to report him.

The "Baby" hitmaker was ticketed for speeding on Friday after cops registered him as travelling at more than 80 mph and pulled over his vehicle on the 101 Freeway.

Editors at TMZ report the officers were alerted to the speeding star after receiving 10 emergency calls from drivers who had seen Bieber racing along the road in his luxury Fisker Karma sports car.

The singer's representative Scooter Braun alleges Bieber was trying to shake off members of the paparazzi who were following him closely.

Officials from the California Highway Patrol are currently investigating the situation to determine whether the photographers created a hazardous situation.
