Hip-hop star T-Pain has been left devastated after a close DJ friend was shot and killed during a violent robbery.

The I'm Sprung hitmaker took to his Twitter.com blog on Wednesday to share the tragic news about Exclusive J's death with fans and vent his anger.

In a series of posts, he writes, "R.I.P to my homie (friend) EXCLUSIVE J Some stupid a** n**gas robbed my homie and took everything he had and still shot him 3 times.

"All over some f**kin (sic) shoes and a (little) bit of money... What goes around... Comes right back around homie. You gone get yours (sic). Soon. The lord will see about you, boy. You can't hide from destiny and life. We all know there's a special place in hell for ppl (people) like you".

Exclusive J served as T-Pain's official mixtape DJ and also worked as a talent scout for the star's Nappy Boy Entertainment record label. (MT/WNTWT/KL)
