MANCHESTER, NH- A young man facing attempted murder charges has been found guilty on all 5 counts.
On Tuesday 21 year old Myles Webster was not only found guilty in the attempted murder of Manchester Police officer Daniel Doherty, but of also robbery along with resisting arrest and 2 counts of restless conduct.
Lawyers for Webster said their client was the victim of a case of mistaken identity but Webster did not take the stand during the trial, while the state called close to 20 witnesses to testify.
Webster was led out of the courtroom shortly after the verdict was read. He’s due to be sentenced in on March 28th.
As for Officer Daniel Doherty he’s yet to return to work and undergone seven surgeries since being shot 5 times in March.
