Trick or Treat Reschedule
Due to the impending storm, the potential danger of power lines being down, and the uncertainty of the length of the storm, Mayor Lane has announced a rescheduled date for “Trick or Treat” to Saturday, November 3rd, 2012.
On Saturday, November 3rd, 2012, I ask both children and parents to cooperate in limiting “Trick-or-Treat” time to the period between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. I also ask that parents or other responsible adults accompany young children. I further request that house-holders indicate their willingness to welcome children by keeping their porch or exterior lights on and that youngsters call only at homes so lighted. Finally, I encourage the cooperation of citizens young and old to make this a happy and safe occasion for children.
For further information, please contact Mayor Kendall W. Lane or Helen Mattson, Executive Assistant at (603) 357-9804.
