Power has been restored in some areas lost in others. Reported top wind in Jaffrey 37 MPH. Rain falling heavily now. Wind is gusty but not sustained at high speeds. For those without power or seeking refuge the Keene Rec. Center is open through the nightas a Red Cross shelter . All are welcome except pets.
