PETERBOROUGH NH- The State Fire Marshalls office made an arrest Monday in connection to the fire at a Peterborough apartment building.
According to officials 18 year old Devon Tatro was arrested and charged with arson and reckless conduct in starting the fire at the Rock brook Apartments on Union Street.
Tatro is being held on $50,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
