Police were negotiating with a man who said he had a gun and a bomb in a 16th-floor office in 3 Gateway Center, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

According to police, the man walked into the office, took a manager hostage and ordered everyone else to leave, the newspaper reported.
